A five-day sports wall climbing adventure camp was held at the Madras Regimental Centre (MRC), Wellington, in Coonoor between September 8 and 12.

A press release said that the camp was conducted under the patronage of Brigadier Krishnendu Das, Commandant, MRC, Wellington, with the camp being commanded by Colonel C.S. Sidhu, Commanding Officer, 31 (T.N.) Independent Company NCC, Ooty with Major Shrey Kotnala as Camp OIC.

A total of 41 NCC cadet from Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Andaman Nicobar, Karnataka, Goa, Kerala and Lakshadweep Directorates participated in the camp.
