Fifteen Indian tourists have been killed after a speedboat capsized off southern Vietnam's Phu Quoc island.
Another 21 passengers were taken to hospital, two of whom were in a critical condition.
Footage on Vietnamese TV showed rough seas and strong winds as rescue teams threw life buoys to people in the water.
