Special train between Thiruvananthapuram and Madar Junction

The railways will operate a weekly festival special train between Thiruvananthapuram Central and Madar Junction near Ajmer to clear the extra rush of passengers during the festival season.

Train No. 06013 Thiruvananthapuram Central-Madar Junction Festival Special Express will leave Thiruvananthapuram Central at 7.45 a.m. from October 21 to November 25 (Wednesdays) to reach Madar Junction at 11 a.m. on Fridays.

Train No. 06014 Madar Junction–Thiruvananthapuram Central Festival Special Express will leave Madar Junction at 9.40 p.m. from October 24 to November 28 (Saturdays) to reach Thiruvananthapuram Central at 12.45 a.m. on Tuesdays, said a release from the Southern Railway’s Palakkad Division.

The train will have one 2-tier AC, four 3-tier AC, thirteen 3-tier AC economy, and two generator car coaches.
