Special camps to submit documents of lands acquired for highway project

The District Collector of Tenkasi has announced special camps starting October 13 to process land acquisition documents for the Rajapalayam to Shencottai National Highway project. Landowners are required to submit their documents to receive government compensation.

District Collector Ranjeet Singh said in a statement that the government has proposed to give due compensation for the lands acquired for the Rajapalayam to Shencottai national highway. Hence, the rightful land owners should submit the land documents in the special camps to be conducted at the Offices of Village Administrative Offices from October 13.
