Sparsha Darshan at Srisailam only at night on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays

The Srisailam temple administration has restricted 'Sparsha Darshan' to night-time slots on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. Dignitaries are required to provide advance notice for protocol-related visits.
Why it matters
This change impacts religious tourism management and accessibility for devotees visiting a major pilgrimage site.
Srisailam temple Executive Officer M. Srinivasa Rao has said changes have been made to the protocol Sparsha Darshan for the convenience of general devotees.
According to Mr. Srinivasa Rao, Sparsha Darshan will be provided only during specific night-time slots on three days of the week, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. There will be no Sparsha Darshan during the morning and afternoon hours on these three days.
On the remaining days, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, Sparsha Darshan will be provided three times a day at the scheduled times, as usual. However, during the coming month of Sravana, it will not be available during the morning and afternoon hours on Fridays either.
