Southwestern Wisconsin measles outbreak expands to Grant County
A measles outbreak in southwestern Wisconsin has expanded to Grant County, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 36. Health officials are currently conducting contact tracing to prevent further spread of the highly contagious virus.

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - More measles cases were confirmed Tuesday as part of an outbreak in southwestern Wisconsin, state health officials said.
Wisconsin Department of Health Services and Grant County Sheriff’s Office confirmed two cases of measles in Grant County.
These new cases are related to cases confirmed in Lafayette and Iowa Counties.
This brings the total number of cases in the outbreak up to 36 confirmed and three probable, Wisconsin DHS said.
DHS said it has not determined any public exposure locations in connection with these cases.
