The Roadster has seen years of delays as Tesla focuses on AI an autonomy. Tesla's second Roadster reveal is getting rained out. The automaker said Monday it had made the "difficult decision" to postpone Thursday's outdoor unveiling because of severe weather conditions. Tesla is rumored to be hosting the event near Waco, Texas — which is expecting thunderstorms and a 90% chance of rain on Thursday, according to The Weather Channel. The event is now scheduled for October 15.
