PETALING JAYA: Mixed doubles shuttlers Goh Soon Huat-Shevon Lai Jemie scored a convincing victory over their Taiwanese rivals in the opening round of the Asian Games 2026 individual event.
The husband-and-wife pair, ranked No 10 in the world, took just 28 minutes to beat Taiwan’s world No 12 duo Yang Po Hsuan-Hu Ling Fang 21-14, 21-11.
