Sony's FlexStrike PS5 Fight Stick Delayed Indefinitely, Now Launches After Marvel Tokon
Sony has indefinitely delayed the release of its FlexStrike PS5 fight stick peripheral due to unexpected production issues. The device, which was originally scheduled to launch alongside Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls, currently has no new release date.

In an update to a PS Blog post on the upcoming hardware, Sony confirms the fight stick will no longer launch on 6th August, 2026 — crucially, the same day as Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls .
"Due to unexpected production delays, FlexStrike wireless fight stick will launch at a later date," the blog post now reads. "We will share an update soon."
There is no new date for the release of FlexStrike, so we'll just have to wait and see how much further down the line the controller takes to make its arrival.
