Buyers paid over $2 million for a substantial character home in Auckland’s Kohimarama last week, less than 10 hours after first inspecting it.
New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty agent Paul Sissons told OneRoof that the buyers pounced before his colleagues had a chance to photograph the classic 1950s house on Allum Street.
