Slough woman among Britons missing in Nepal flash floods
A British woman is among hundreds missing following devastating flash floods and landslides in Nepal triggered by a glacier collapse. The UK government has pledged £5 million in aid and offered emergency response support to assist with the ongoing rescue operations.

A woman from has been named as one of the 33 British nationals missing after devastating flash floods in Nepal.
Fishtail Tours and Travels confirmed Leena Bector, from Slough, was among 27 travellers linked to the tour company who remain unaccounted for.
Her husband, Bhupesh Bector, told The Times: "I know that she's in Nepal for sure, so even if they find her today or tomorrow, I need to be there."
The missing Britons are among hundreds of people unaccounted for as rescue efforts continue in the Rasuwa district, which borders China's Tibet Autonomous Region. The floods struck on Wednesday after a glacier collapse triggered landslides and sent torrents of mud, water and debris downstream.
