Six students injured as van topples on Sattur-Virudhunagar highway
Six school children were injured when their transport van hit construction debris and overturned on a highway in Virudhunagar, India. The driver fled the scene, and police have launched an investigation into the incident.

Six school-going minor kids were injured when a speeding van fell on to its side after hitting concrete blocks kept at a flyover construction site on Sattur-Virudhunagar highway at Soolakkarai on Thursday evening.
The driver, Palaneeswaran (26) fled the scene.
The police said that the van had picked up children upto the age of 14 from different schools and was proceeding near Armed Reserve Ground after taking a U-turn on the highway.
The driver lost control of the van and the vehicle hit the blocks on the edge of the service road as deep pit had been dug up for construction of a flyover.
