Sivasangari, Eain Yow keep gold medal hopes alive

S Sivasangari is defending the gold medal she won at the last Asian Games in 2022, while Ng Eain Yow hopes to make it a double for Malaysia tomorrow.

NAGOYA: Malaysia's aspiration to add to its gold medal collection at the Aichi-Nagoya 2026 Asian Games shone brightly once again as two of the country's squash champions advanced to the final of their respective singles events today.

World No 5 S Sivasangari booked her ticket to the final after defeating Hong Kong’s Chan Sin Yuk 11-6, 11-8, 11-7 in the semi-finals at the Nagoya Kinjofuto Arena.
