Single-cell platform tracks antibody drug delivery inside stubborn solid tumors

Researchers have developed a new platform called single-cell spatial pharmacobiology (SSP) to track how antibody drugs interact with solid tumors. The study reveals that dense tissue surrounding tumors often prevents drugs from reaching their targets.
