Singareni skill training helps youth get employment

Singareni Collieries has successfully facilitated employment for 112 local youth through its skill development center. The initiative focuses on training candidates for roles in the industrial and solar energy sectors.

The skill training being provided by Singareni Collieries has helped 112 youth, including 87 women candidates, of the coal mines affected areas get employment opportunities. The first batch of 55 selected women left Godavarikhani for Hyderabad on Sunday.
According to officials of the RG-I area of the Singareni Collieries, interviews were conducted for 154 candidates through the Singareni GVTC Skill Development Centre in Ramagundam–I Area recently. Of the 127 women candidates who attended the interviews, 87 were selected for employment at Foxconn in Hyderabad. Similarly, 27 male candidates attended interviews for Solar Technician positions and of them 25 were selected for employment as Solar Technicians.
