Singapore delegation visits RTGS, reviews digital governance
A Singaporean delegation visited Andhra Pradesh's Real Time Governance Society to study the state's digital governance and data-driven public service models. The visit focused on exchanging best practices for administrative efficiency and evidence-based decision-making.

A high-level delegation from Singapore visited the Real Time Governance Society (RTGS) on Tuesday and toured its Command and Control Centre at the Andhra Pradesh Secretariat.
The delegation, led by Tan Eng Pheng, Assistant Chief Executive of the Singapore Government’s Technology Division, was received by RTGS officials, who briefed the visitors on the organisation’s role in promoting technology-driven governance in the State.
The officials showcased Andhra Pradesh’s data-driven governance ecosystem, highlighting digital platforms such as the Data Lake, Data Lens and other integrated systems that support evidence-based decision-making and improve public service delivery.
