Singapore central region air quality reaches unhealthy level
Singapore's central region has recorded an unhealthy air quality level with a PSI of 101, prompting concerns about transboundary haze. Authorities are monitoring the situation closely as part of an inter-agency task force prepared to implement mitigation measures.

According to Channel NewsAsia , these readings were displayed on the air quality monitoring dashboard of Singapore’s National Environment Agency (NEA) as of 7:00 a.m.
In other regions of Singapore, the 24-hour PSI remained at a moderate level. The reading was 87 in the west, 86 in the east, 76 in the north, and 74 in the south.
An unhealthy air quality level corresponds to a PSI of 101 to 200. The NEA said it would issue daily haze advisories when the 24-hour PSI enters the unhealthy range, meaning it exceeds 100.
