Simone Biles’ temporary Texas home lists for $1.2 million after mansion build

Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens are moving on from the Texas home that served as their base while a much larger custom residence was being built. The four-bedroom property in Spring, Texas, is now listed for $1.2 million after the couple completed construction on their long-awaited dream mansion. Built in 2019, the contemporary home covers 3,998 square feet and sits on more than an acre in the gated Benders Landing community. Realtor.com reports that the residence features two primary suites, a media room, private study, wine wall, three-car garage and a resort-style outdoor setting. Biles, whose name appears on the deed alongside her mother, Nellie, and Owens used the property during a period of frequent travel between Texas, Chicago and other locations.
