PRETORIA - Taxi boss Joe Sibanyoni says he knew suspended crime intelligence officer Fannie Nkosi socially.
He told the Madlanga Commission that WhatsApp messages show that Nkosi turned to KZN Police Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi for assistance.
Sibanyoni says Nkosi contacted Mkhwanazi for help with his meetings with Mandla Gcaba Snr., who was a mutual contact.
