A Shotover Jet boat with 14 people on board has crashed into some rocks at a tourist hotspot in Queenstown during the busy school holiday period.
Hato Hone St John said the accident left five people with minor injuries.
Fire and Emergency New Zealand told the Herald it responded to a “boat vs rocks” incident near Arthurs Point after receiving a report at 3.14pm.
Police said support was required to get passengers off, and minor injuries were reported .
