SUKKUR - Senior Superintendent Police (SSP) Shikarpur Mohammad Kaleem on Monday chaired a high-level meeting with religious scholars from different schools of thought to review security arrangements for the 12th of Rabi-ul-Awwal and other religious activities during Rabi-ul-Awwal.
According to a police spokesperson, the meeting discussed in detail foolproof security arrangements for all processions scheduled during the month of Rabi-ul-Awwal, Milad-un-Nabi gatherings, Naat programmes and other religious events. Matters related to maintaining law and order and ensuring the peaceful conduct of religious gatherings were also reviewed.
