Seven killed in two separate road accidents in Kolar and Chickballapur

In the first accident, four persons were killed and three others were injured after an SUV reportedly crashed into a road divider near Doddakari in KGF taluk. The deceased have been identified as Sharadamma, 70, Dikshit, 25, Devendra Kumar, 41, and Jishnu, 13, all reportedly from Vidyaranyapura in Bengaluru.
According to reports, the family had travelled to Tirupati and was returning to Bengaluru when the accident occurred. The car allegedly hit the divider with considerable force, killing four occupants on the spot. The injured — Vikas, Neetu, and Aadvik — were shifted to the Bangarpet government hospital. One of them is reportedly critical.
