Settling with a few cases won't stop CBI probe: Supreme Court warns realtors
The Supreme Court of India has ruled that real estate developers cannot avoid CBI investigations by settling with individual homebuyers. The court mandated that banks must grant prosecution sanctions against officials colluding with builders within two weeks.

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court has put a spoke in efforts of defaulting realtors to escape CBI probe by settling with a few homebuyers.
