The halfback had a heated conversation with Marshall when he was told he would not play his preferred position in the crucial game against Canberra this weekend, with rookie Javon Andrews given the No.7 jumper and Doueihi at lock.
Doueihi subsequently pulled out of the team for Saturday’s crucial clash.
But in the latest drama, two players close to Doueihi have sprung to his defence, causing more angst in the playing squad.
