Second body found in search for missing kayakers

A second body has been found in a major search for two missing men who had last been seen heading towards a Welsh beach. Connor Parfitt and Simon Wilson vanished over a week ago after being seen heading to a Gwynedd beach, near a Haven holiday park, carrying inflatable kayaks. They were last seen close to the beach near Hafan-y-Mor, Pwllheli, on Tuesday, July 21. On Monday, police confirmed the body of Mr Parfitt had sadly been discovered on a beach in Aberystwyth at around 12.30pm on Sunday, July 26. On Wednesday, North Wales Police confirmed the body of Mr Wilson has now been found. The body has since been identified as Mr Wilson, whose family have been informed.
