The former music mogul, 56, is now set to be released from New Jersey's FCI Fort Dix, where he is serving a 50-month federal prison sentence , on Feb. 5, 2028, according to the U.S. Federal Bureau of Prisons' inmate records viewed by USA TODAY on Thursday, Sept. 3.
Combs, who denies all allegations of sexual misconduct, has had his release change multiple times since he was sentenced to over four years behind bars in October for his July 2025 conviction on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution .
