SDPI leader booked for derogatory remarks against MLC C.T. Ravi

The case has been registered under Sections 352 and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) based on a complaint filed by Mahesh Gowli in Kalaburagi.
According to the complaint, Mr. Ilahi addressed a protest organised by the Young Democrats in Kalaburagi on July 25. While addressing the protest rally, he made derogatory remarks against the BJP leaders and used objectionable language against Mr. Ravi, besides issuing threats.
