SDM varsity holds leadership training programme
SDM University recently hosted a two-day leadership training program for 100 students in collaboration with the M.R. Pai Foundation. The sessions focused on essential soft skills, including decision-making, teamwork, and personal potential development.

Educational institutions are increasingly focusing on extracurricular leadership training to improve the employability and professional readiness of students.
SDM University conducted a leadership training programme for around 100 selected students on September 11 and 12, in association with M.R. Pai Foundation, Mumbai.
The programme, being organised for the fifth consecutive year, focused on developing leadership and management skills among students. Corporate trainers Vivek Pataki and Clarissa Jathanna were the resource persons.
The sessions covered goal setting and achievement, communication skills, habit formation and personal potential, decision-making and problem-solving, teamwork, self-belief and building meaningful relationships.
