SCoR conducts mega cleanliness drive at Visakhapatnam railway station

The South Coast Railway (SCoR) conducted a large-scale cleanliness and awareness drive at Visakhapatnam railway station as part of the 'Swachhata Hi Seva' campaign. In response to the nationwide ‘Swachhata Hi Seva’ campaign, South Coast Railway (SCoR) conducted a mega cleanliness and awareness drive at the Visakhapatnam Railway Station on Thursday.
General Manager Sandeep Mathur led the Shramdaan initiative under the national theme ‘Ek Din, Ek Ghanta, Ek Saath,’ joined by principal Heads of Departments, senior officers, and staff. Additionally a mega plantation drive under the ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ initiative will be organised at the newly constructed Zonal Office Building complex in Mudasarlova on Friday.
The campaign commenced in the Gnanapuram circulating and station entry area, covering the adjoining premises. Mr Mathur also conducted a comprehensive inspection of the station, with a specific focus on platform no. 8.
