School bus, tipper truck collide on Dzorwulu-Accra mall road

The Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) has deployed emergency personnel to the scene of a road crash involving a school bus and a tipper truck on the Dzorwulu–Accra Mall stretch in Accra.
The collision occurred on Thursday (30 July) while the Benz Sprinter bus was transporting about 11 lower primary school pupils.
In an update shared on social media, the GNFS said firefighters were conducting an initial assessment and supporting emergency response efforts at the scene.
The Service did not immediately confirm the number of people injured or disclose the condition of the pupils and other occupants of the vehicles.
The cause of the crash has not yet been established.
