Sarah Abo announces shock departure from the Nine Network, new line-up of hosts to be revealed

Today show presenter Sarah Abo has announced her permanent departure from the Nine Network, three months after her co-host Karl Stefanovic was booted off. Abo, who is currently on maternity leave, announced the major news on Wednesday and is set to depart the network at the end of 2026 to pursue other opportunities. “Words can’t express how grateful I am to our viewers for letting me into your homes to be part of your morning routine,” she said in a statement. “Without you, there is no Today show. “Together with 60 Minutes, I’ve spent my time at Nine chasing stories, travelling and reporting from all over the world, interviewing some incredible and inspiring people from all walks of life. “Becoming a mum has heralded a new chapter and sharing that with our audience has been truly special.
