Sandia Simulates Titan Heat for NASA Dragonfly Mission

Sandia National Laboratories has completed a series of solar-tower tests to simulate the extreme heat NASA's Dragonfly rotorcraft will face during its descent into Titan's atmosphere. The testing used concentrated sunlight to validate the spacecraft's heat shield materials.
