Samsung, Motorola use iPhone Duo buzz to market their foldables
When Apple unveiled its first foldable iPhone last week, its rivals were ready. Samsung had already placed "Welcome to Foldables" advertisements in Seoul, Tokyo and London ahead of Apple's September 9 event. During the launch, Samsung Mobile US posted: "So far, so same." After the iPhone Duo was unveiled, it followed up with another dig: "Let us know when you're done reheating our leftovers." Motorola joined the conversation too. It released a video featuring different Razr devices with the line: "New in their hands. Iconic in ours."
