Samsung Galaxy S27, S27+, S27 Pro, and S27 Ultra RAM and storage configurations leak

A few days ago, we heard that Samsung was considering using LPDDR5X memory in the Galaxy S27 and S27+ instead of going with LPDDR6. Today, a new rumor from Korea says the company still aims to equip the Galaxy S27 Ultra and S27 Pro with LPDDR6 RAM and UFS 5.1 storage, but there is a possibility that only one or more higher RAM/storage tiers would get that, while the lower ones wouldn't.
