Sam Wood will launch a new fight for bail after he was remanded in custody yesterday.
Mr Wood's legal team says it has been instructed to file a bail application with the Supreme Court of Queensland.
Mr Wood remains in police custody to return to court on the Sunshine Coast on November 23.
