The former contestant on The Bachelor Australia was denied bail at Maroochydore Magistrates Court last Thursday after he was charged with two domestic violence offences.
The outlet quoted sources stating the home was “days, if not hours, away” from being listed for sale when news broke of Wood’s arrest.
Jellis Craig Brighton agent Michael Hingston was understood to be managing the sale campaign, though the status of the property remains unknown.
Nine.com.au has contacted Hingston for comment.
