Salem Collector inaugurates QR code-based feedback mechanism at Government Hospital
The Salem District Collector has launched a QR code-based feedback system at the Government Mohan Kumaramangalam Medical College Hospital. This initiative aims to improve service quality by allowing patients to submit real-time feedback that is sent directly to department officials.

Salem District Collector K. Elambahavath on Monday (August 24) inaugurated a QR code-based feedback mechanism at Government Mohan Kumaramangalam Medical College Hospital here.
Speaking to reporters later, the District Collector said government hospitals in the district offer excellent treatment and hassle-free medical services to patients. The new facility is to further improve the services, as per the guidelines of Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay. Patients and their relatives can easily register their feedback on the quality of services at the hospital by scanning the QR code pasted at key locations, wards, or counters in the hospital with a smartphone and answering six types of questions in the feedback form, the District Collector added.
