Sagar MLA warns tahsildar of transfer over staff’s slow work

Sagar MLA Belur Gopala Krishna has warned Sagar tahsildar R. Prathibha of transfer if she fails to ensure her office staff speed up and attend to work within 15 days.
Taking part in the Karnataka Development Programme review meeting in Sagar on Tuesday, the MLA said he was unhappy with the way certain officials in the taluk office and the Nada Kacheri at Anandapura were functioning. He said he had received complaints from the public about the officials’ lackadaisical approach to processing applications.
