The transaction, registered through three separate conveyance deeds on September 4, 2026, includes multiple land parcels and an existing built-up structure measuring around 2,100 sq ft.The acquisition comprises properties located in Maval Taluka, Lonavala, with the total transacted area measuring approximately 15,601.78 sq m, or around 1.68 lakh sq ft.Three transactions make up Rs 70 crore dealAccording to the registration documents, Tendulkar paid approximately Rs 63.69 crore for the largest 3.09-acre land parcel. The second transaction involved a consideration of Rs 4.56 crore, while the third property was purchased for Rs 1.75 crore.Tendulkar acquired 100% ownership of the 3.09-acre parcel.
