“Business events today are layered and sophisticated,” said Jenny Wang, senior vice president of resort sales & marketing at RWS, explaining that modern conferences now serve as platforms for collaboration and relationship-building rather than mere information-sharing.
The objective of the enhancement, Wang noted, is “to give organisers greater flexibility to deliver complex programmes within a single venue, allowing them to focus on attendee engagement and business outcomes rather than venue limitations”.
