Rwanda and Egypt have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen bilateral cooperation on artificial intelligence and digital transformation, marking a new step in efforts to advance Africa’s digital development.
The agreement was signed on the sidelines of the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) by Rwanda’s Minister of ICT and Innovation, Paula Ingabire, and Egypt’s Deputy Minister for Digital Transformation, Automation and Administrative Development, Rafaat Hendy.
