Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy urged world leaders to take stronger action against Moscow, warning that the attacks were continuing with little international response.The Starokozache border crossing between Ukraine and Moldova was struck overnight, causing a major fire and forcing authorities to temporarily suspend passenger and vehicle traffic. Odesa Governor Oleh Kiper said two civilians near the crossing were killed and three others were injured.Sixteen people were evacuated from the area, according to Zelenskyy.
