Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy have agreed to pause strikes on Kyiv and Moscow for the next three days while US envoys negotiate peace talks between Russia and Ukraine.
Mr Putin has met with US envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner at the Kremlin.
Mr Zelenskyy says he is expecting the US special envoys in the Ukranian capital on Sunday.
