NEW DELHI: "If he received a salary of Rs 60,000-65,000, how was he able to afford the education of his children in the US?" a Surat-based RTI activist has asked, seeking an investigation into the finances of Bhagwanrao Dipke, father of Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke.Amit Tiwari said he has also filed complaints with the Election Commission of India (ECI), the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC), and the Maharashtra government, raising questions over the CJP's legal status, a Rs 1 crore fund pledged by Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal, and the financial assets of Bhagwanrao Dipke.Speaking to ANI, Tiwari said complaints had been submitted to three different authorities."I have filed a complaint at three different locations. I have complained against CJP at ECI.
