ALWAR: A video purportedly showing boxes of kalakand (a local sweet) bearing a photograph of Congress candidate Duleechand Bairwa, along with Rs 500 currency notes allegedly found inside, has gone viral a day before municipal polling in Alwar.TOI has not independently verified the video.The video is said to be from Ward 42's Diwakari area in Alwar city.According to the visuals, the sweet boxes carried Bairwa's photograph and allegedly contained Rs 500 notes alongside the kalakand.According to locals, a car was seen moving around the Diwakari area at around 1 am, prompting suspicion among residents.As people began following the vehicle, it was allegedly stopped at a corner in the area. The car bore registration number RJ14 CP 6770.Locals alleged that occupants of the car were seen unloading boxes from the vehicle.
