NEW DELHI: An employee of a finance firm was allegedly robbed of Rs 17 lakh after two bike-borne assailants threatened him at gunpoint in east Delhi's Gandhi Nagar market on Friday. A video of the incident surfaced on social media on Saturday. The 28-second CCTV footage shows the two men getting off a motorcycle in a residential lane adjoining the market, pointing a pistol at the employee and snatching the bag containing the cash before fleeing. In the video, timed around 4.09 pm, shows auto-rickshaws and parked two-wheelers lining the street. A scooter and a motorcycle pass through the lane normally before a man carrying a black backpack is seen walking down the right side of the street.
