Two Railway Protection Force (RPF) personnel saved a passenger from falling off a moving train at Perambur railway station on Sunday.
The incident occurred around 5.58 a.m on Sunday when train No. 12672, bound for Chennai from Mangaluru, was departing from Platform 1 of Perambur station.
According to officials, the passenger had boarded the train to retrieve his mobile phone. As the train began moving, he attempted to get down, lost his balance on the footboard and was in danger of falling.
