Rory McIlroy & Wife Erica’s New Home Puts Him Steps From Wentworth

Rory McIlroy's BMW PGA Championship week has taken on a more personal meaning after he and wife Erica Stoll moved into their new Wentworth home earlier this year. The six-bedroom Surrey mansion, purchased in 2023, has been extensively renovated and now gives the Northern Irishman an unusually short journey to the Wentworth Club.

McIlroy's new home backs directly onto the club's grounds, including the practice area and tee boxes. That proximity has come as he remains firmly in contention for the BMW PGA Championship, with McIlroy entering Sunday's final round at 11-under after an eagle on the 18th hole moved him within two shots of co-leaders Manuel Elvira and Filippo Celli. Twenty players are within four shots of the lead heading into the final round.
