Speaking for the first time since joining Barcelona, Rodri talked about his decision to join the Catalan camp as well as the club’s ongoing pursuit of Julian Alvarez, among other things.
Rodri began by expressing his delight at completing the move, while admitting it had not been an easy decision to leave Manchester City.
“I’d like to say that I’m very happy to be here. It’s a very special day, a very important new chapter in my career. It was a tough decision,” he said (h/t FC Barcelona ).
