Richmond London Drugs lineups for Pokémon 30th anniversary

Pok mon trading card collectors lined up at Richmond's London Drugs Ironwood as early as Tuesday night to purchase cards on Wednesday morning.

For the Pok mon Trading Card Game's 30th anniversary, new cards and boxes were released, and fans lined up as usual to get their hands on them.

Edwin Chang, manager of London Drugs at Ironwood, said more than 100 people lined up with the first person arriving at the store at 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

"We've had lineups before, but this was probably the biggest one we've seen," said Chang.

Most of the recent lineups have been Pok mon-related, he added.
